On 29 August 2014, the Commander STIKFORNATO, Vice Admiral Philip Davidson, together with his Military Assistant, Commander Sylvester Steele, and his Aide de Camp, Lieutenant Jeffrey Finley, visited the JALLC for an office call with the Commander JALLC, Brigadier General Mircea Mîndrescu, and a short overview on the JALLC activities.

Immediately after the office call, Commander JALLC and the Command Group members provided VADM Davidson a short tailored briefing on the JALLC mission and tasks, JALLC Program Of Work and areas of Co-operation and mutual support with STIKFORNATO. VADM Davidson expressed his commitment to reinforce the links between both organizations located in Portugal.

The visit ended with the traditional signature of the Book of Honour, gift exchanging and the group photor.
