Commander JALLC, Brigadier General Cristinel-Dumitru Colibaba, presented an overview of the JALLC, what we do, and some of our recent activities of relevance to the SEEBRIG HQ.

The visit provided an opportunity to deepen cooperation between a multinational brigade operating in a complex regional environment and NATO’s lead agent for Lessons Learned.

SEEBRIG contributes operational insights drawn from training, exercises, and multinational integration. The JALLC transforms that experience, through analysis into support to NATO’s ability to learn, adapt, and improve.

By strengthening this connection, both organizations enhance the link between operations and analysis, ensuring that lessons are not only identified, but effectively shared and implemented across the Alliance.

The engagement also highlighted opportunities to expand cooperation in support of exercises, training, and the continued development of NATO’s Lessons Learned Capability.
