In the context of an ongoing JALLC analysis project covering aspects of Russia’s war against Ukraine, JALLC analysts recently attended the LOYAL LEDA 24 MEL/MIL Incident Development Workshop at the Joint Force Training Centre (JFTC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The workshop gave the JALLC analysts the opportunity to understand the work that goes into developing operational dilemmas for training events and exercises in order to ensure that their report will be able to help inform the development of future NATO Exercise operational dilemmas.
In addition to attending the workshop, the JALLC analysts also had the chance to present their findings from a related previous project that drew pertinent observations for NATO from a range of open-source publications related to Russia's war against Ukraine. The intent of this project was similarly to inform the development of operational dilemmas for future exercises and training events.
Both JALLC Analysis projects are not only an key to informing the excellent work done by the JFTC to enhance their training and exercise programs, but also serve as a testament to the JALLC's commitment to sharing knowledge and expertise with other organizations to improve their capabilities and effectiveness.
