From 18 to 20 November 2025, the Joint Analysis and Lessons Learned Centre (JALLC) hosted the Local NATO Lessons Learned Portal (NLLP) Manager Course at the NATO Communications and Information Academy (NCI Academy). The three-day event brought together participants from the NATO Command Structure (NCS) and NATO Forces Structure (NFS), Centre of Excellence (COE) and Portuguese Navy for practical training on one of NATO’s key knowledge-sharing tools.
NLLP serves as the Alliance’s central repository for Observations, Lessons, and Lessons Learned–related documents. Used by NATO structure and Nations, NLLP ensures that observations are captured, shared, and incorporated into the NATO Lessons Learned Process—an essential mechanism that helps the Alliance evolve and improve.
