On Thursday 5 March 2015, His Excellency Mr. Govert Bijl de Vroe, Netherlands Ambassador to Portugal, together with the Counselor of the Embassy, Marieke Monroy-Winter visited the JALLC.

The visit started with a welcome by Brigadier General Mircea Mîndrescu, Commander JALLC, during an office call. After the office call members of the Command Group provided the Ambassador with a tailored briefing about the JALLC's Organization, Mission, Tasks, the ongoing Programme of Work and the NATO Lessons Learned Process.

Mr. Govert Bijl de Vroe showed great interest in the JALLC activities recognizing the important work of the JALLC and the current and future challenges for NATO.

After the presentations, the Ambassador signed the Book of Honour and a group picture was taken in front of the JALLC building .
