On 22 January 2015, Brigadier General MD Dr. Stefan Kowitz MBA, Director MILMED COE, together with Dr. Christopher Westbrook, MILMED COE Lessons Learned Branch Head, visited the Joint Analysis and Lessons Learned Centre upon their request, to have an overview of the JALLC organization, mission, Programme Of Work, current projects, the Wales Summit and tasks from IMS, and to establish a more firm connection between the two organizations and to intensify mutual support and cooperation.

The visit started with an office call with the Commander JALLC Brigadier General Mircea Mîndrescu. After, the visit party was invited to take a JALLC Command Group Briefing, where some significant issues had been discussed. After a short break, Dr. Stefan Kowitz presented a slide briefing on the MILMED COE current activities. The meeting was a very good opportunity to stress the importance of future co-operation, either at the Lessons Learned process level or different projects execution.

The visit ended with the traditional signature of the Book of Honour, gift exchanging and the group photo.
