On 28 October 2021, the JALLC received a visit from the Director of the Multinational Logistics Coordination Centre (MLCC), Colonel Daniel Zlatnik.
The MLCC, based in Prague (Czech Republic) is crucial in enhancing force readiness by providing NATO and its Allies with the tools and environment in which to match logistic requirements to capabilities and provide increased visibility of coordinated events.
Following his arrival, Colonel Zlatnik had an office call with the JALLC's Commander, Brigadier General Bogdan Cernat, and Chief of Staff, Colonel Manuel Rosa. This office call was an opportunity for the MLCC’s Director to obtain a better understanding of the JALLC's activities, and discuss possible future cooperation between the two organizations. Colonel Zlatnik, then briefed the JALLC’s command group and key staff members on the MLCC’s vision of being, “A centre of expertise for the development, coordination, and provision of efficient and effective multinational military logistics solutions.”
With the visit concluded, the Director signed the book of honour, expressing his appreciation of the visit and anticipation of future cooperation.
