The JALLC recently embarked on a collaborative endeavour in Tbilisi, Georgia, from April 29 to May 3, as part of the NATO - Georgia Joint Training and Evaluation Center (JTEC). This engagement marks another significant milestone in fostering cooperation and knowledge exchange between NATO and Georgia.

With 30 participants from various ranks within the Georgian military, the event provided a platform for robust discussions and shared insights. Colonel David Gagua, JTEC Commander, expressed his gratitude, stating, "We appreciate the dedication of the JALLC Advisory and Training Team in enhancing our capabilities and fostering mutual understanding."

A highlight of the event was the insightful presentation by LTC Ivane Melikishvili. Lesson Learned Officer of Georgian Defence Forces setting out the Georgian Lesson Learned Process, showcasing its alignment and resemblance to the NATO Lessons Learned Process. His presentation underscored the importance of continuous improvement and the value of capturing and disseminating lessons learned within the military framework.

Recognizing the linguistic diversity among participants, the JALLC team ensured effective communication by providing two translators. This approach facilitated active participation and ensured that all attendees could fully engage in the discussions and activities conducted throughout the event.

As NATO and Georgia continue to navigate complex security landscapes, initiatives like the JTEC serve as vital mechanisms for promoting interoperability, mutual support, and collective security.
