The JALLC has been busy this summer putting the finishing touches to its new and improved JPA. The changes include a more simplified project management process, which is based on an adaption of the PRINCE2® (PRojects IN a Controlled Environment) approach, and a new full suite of analysis templates.

These new templates have been designed by the JALLC's Senior Operational Research Analyst (SORA), Ms Jackie Eaton, with input from most of the JALLC staff and are based on the JALLC's experience of actually managing analysis projects and how the analysts collect, analyses and synthesize data during a JALLC analysis project.
