On 18 March 2011 the Joint Analysis and Lessons Learned Centre in Lisbon, Portugal was visited by Colonel Stewart Moore, the Canadian NMR in SHAPE.

Col Moore, in Lisbon to attend a national conference at the Canadian Embassy, took the opportunity to visit the Canadian NATO officers in Lisbon and learn a bit more about the JALLC. Accompanied by LCol Patrick O’Halloran, the senior Canadian officer in Lisbon, Col Moore was briefed on the JALLC, its mission and tasks, as well as the role of the Canadians serving in JALLC.
