The Commander of the JALLC (COM JALLC) attended the recent Strategic Dialoguehosted by SACT , bringing a JALLC perspective to discussions shaping NATO’s future military transformation.

The Strategic Dialogue convened senior NATO military leaders and key stakeholders to examine, among other topics, how lessons emerging from current and future operations can inform the Alliance’s long-term adaptation, deterrence, and defence posture. The event provided a forum for open exchange on strategic challenges, operational insights, and the implications for NATO’s ongoing transformation efforts.

During the dialogue, COM JALLC engaged with participants across the Alliance, reinforcing JALLC’s role as NATO’s focal point for Lessons Learned and its contribution to evidence-based military adaptation. The Commander’s presence underscored the importance of systematically capturing, analysing, and institutionalising lessons to ensure NATO remains agile, relevant, and ready for the future security environment.

Participation in events such as the Strategic Dialogue supports JALLC’s mission to connect operational experience with strategic decision-making, strengthening the Alliance’s ability to learn faster and apply insights more effectively across NATO.
