On Friday, 24 May 2013, a Delegation of the ICRC visited JALLC. The purposes of this visit were to serve as a venue to better familiarize with JALLC organization and activities, to give feedback to JALLC on the "Thoughts On Transition" Food-For-Thought Paper, which is being developed, and to establish future areas and venues where JALLC/ ICRC collaboration may be of the benefit of both organizations.

After an Office Call with JALLC Commander, JALLC and ICRC provided briefings on their activities and processes and discussed a potential collaboration in the future.

The visit ended with ICRC members signing the JALLC Book of Honour .
