The JALLC is always looking for ways to improve its efficiency and effectiveness. We like to use alternative analysis techniques to investigate where and how we can improve our internal processes to make sure we are delivering the best results.

 

 

 

 

 

On 08 September, the JALLC's Lessons Learned Analysis Division teamed up with the centre's Quality Assurance Team (principle and senior research analysts and the JALLC’s Editor) to brainstorm and discuss ways and means to improve the JALLC‘s analysis project management process. The aim was to identify areas for improvement and to capture bright ideas for the next revision of the process.

 

 

 

Civilian and military staff took part in various alternative analysis exercises designed to allow staff to freely express their experiences and ideas. The results will be used by the JALLC to improve and update our JALLC analysis processes and training.
